Often times I am asked "soooo how are those Cubs looking?" This question typically has one of two answers.... either GREAT or uggggh. So to track how the Cubs are doing (at least in my opinion) I give you the 2011 Cubs Hope/Despair Index which should track right along with the cubs performance through the baseball season.

3/31/2011 - The PreSeason
Hope Index goes up as Friday is Opening Day and the Cubs shed the dead weight that was Carlos Silva.
